"What hurts the Most" by Rascal Flatts and "Lonely Day" by System of a Down - Musical Monday

Hey all my readers! I hope you all are doing just great! :) A happy new week to all of you! Enjoy the two songs on this Musical Monday! :) Sorry for a late post today! :)

"What Hurts the Most" by Rascal Flatts

Lyrics:

I can take the rain on the roof of this empty house
That don't bother me
I can take a few tears now and then and just let ?em out

I'm not afraid to cry every once in a while even though
Goin' on with you gone still upsets me
There are days every now and again I pretend I'm okay
But that's not what gets me

What hurts the most
Was being so close
And havin' so much to say
And watchin' you walk away

And never knowin'
What could've been
And not seein' that lovin' you
Is what I was tryin' to do

It's hard to deal with the pain of losin' you everywhere I go
But I'm doin' it
It's hard to force that smile when I see our old friends and I'm alone
Still harder gettin' up, gettin' dressed, livin' with this regret
But I know if I could do it over
I would trade, give away all the words that I saved in my heart
That I left unspoken

What hurts the most
Is being so close
And havin' so much to say
(Much to say)
And watchin' you walk away

And never knowin'
What could've been
And not seein' that lovin' you
Is what I was tryin' to do, oh
Oh yeah

What hurts the most
Was being so close
And havin' so much to say
(To say)
And watchin' you walk away

And never knowin'
What could've been
And not seein' that lovin' you
Is what I was tryin' to do

Not seein' that lovin' you
That's what I was trying to do, ooo

"Lonely Day" by System of a Down

Lyrics:

Such a lonely day
And it's mine
The most loneliest day of my life

Such a lonely day
Should be banned
It's a day that I can't stand

The most loneliest day of my life
The most loneliest day of my life

Such a lonely day
Shouldn't exist
It's a day that I'll never miss

Such a lonely day
And it's mine
The most loneliest day of my life

And if you go, I wanna go with you
And if you die, I wanna die with you
Take your hand and walk away

The most loneliest day of my life
The most loneliest day of my life
The most loneliest day of my life

Such a lonely day
And it's mine
It's a day that I'm glad I survived

Firefox 14 - Tech Tuesday

Hello all my dear readers! :) I hope you all are doing just great! :D

A happy Tech-Tuesday to all of you. Seems like I am kind of back at my blog? LOL! I don't know! I'm just trying to take out time since I have been seeing that there has been a fall in number of visitors, maybe because of less posts! :/ Anyways, here I'm again trying to cope up the loss. I will try to make new posts and come here more frequently! :D

So, the new Firefox 14 is here. My Firefox 13 got updated itself 3 days ago. Though there are advanced beta versions available, but 14 is the latest stable one. I read this review at CNET and thought to share with you all! :)

Firefox 14 makes a series of visual and performance tweaks that many people will notice instantly. There's a new New Tab page that emulates the frequently visited sites New Tab pages that the competition has had for some time. There's a redesigned default Home page at about:home that offers large icons to give you easy access to downloads, bookmarks, history, add-ons, sync, and settings.

On the performance side, Firefox 14 now has Google's SPDY protocol on by default. That means that Web sites that support it, such as Google.com and Twitter.com, will load faster and safer. SPDY is safer because it forces SSL encryption for all connections.

If you're a tab addict, restarting Firefox will now only load the active tab. Other tabs will be visible and accessible, but they won't load their content until you click on them. Hands-down, Mozilla has mastered the art of the 100-tab browser.

A new feature checks your add-ons to see which ones you installed and which ones come from third-party vendors, such as security suite makers. The browser will now ask you if you'd like to disable any of these third-party add-ons. On top of that, all future third-party add-ons will be blocked from autoinstalling. Instead, you'll be presented with the option to allow them or block them on a per-case basis. This puts Firefox squarely on the side of the user.

The menu bar has been squished into an orange button on the upper left, with menu options spread across two columns. Nearly all the submenus have been redesigned as well, although the hot keys remain the same, so the learning curve isn't particularly long. In fact, the menu redesign makes it much easier to get to bookmarks, add-ons, and history, as they now all live on one Menu pane. The Menu button is not available to Mac users, to keep with the Mac OS X theme.

In addition to the major changes to the menu, smaller changes have greatly improved usability. For example, there's now a Get Bookmark Add-ons link in the Bookmarks submenu. The History submenu now has Recently Closed Tabs and Recently Closed Windows sections.

Tabs are now on top by default, and while the forward and back navigation buttons haven't moved, the stop and refresh buttons are now attached to the right side of the location bar, next to the bookmark star. When you're typing a URL, the Go button appears at the end of the location bar as an arrow. While resolving a URL, the box changes from the Go arrow to an X for the new Stop button. It might be hard for some to see since the traditional stop-and-go colors of red and green have been removed. You can customize the Firefox skin with the restartless Personas add-ons.

Right of the location bar lives the traditional search box, with its drop-down list of search engines. Above that on the tab bar there is a new button that lists all your open tabs, and you can add a button to access the Panorama tab-grouping feature. If you don't see the button, you can add it by right-clicking on the interface and choosing Customize, then dragging and dropping the Tab Groups icon next to the List All Tabs button. We don't consider many customizations to be essential, but this one is.

The Status bar that lives at the bottom of the interface is now hidden by default, again in keeping with the minimalist philosophy and the competition. There's a new Add-on bar as well, also hidden by default, to which extension icons can be added if you want to keep add-on icons easily available but out of the way of the main interface.

But most of the above are nothing but Firefox 13 continued. I guess this review is given by Mozilla only! LOL! Since I was reading it all the way long when I copied it here. Yes I copied this review to not to leave any technical details but now I see they all have been mentioned when we talked about the Firefox 13 a few weeks ago! :O

As mentioned earlier, Firefox 14's performance has been greatly improved by the addition of graphics processing unit (GPU) hardware acceleration. It allows the browser to shove certain rendering tasks onto the computer's graphics card, freeing up CPU resources while making page rendering and animations load faster. These tasks include composition support, rendering support, and desktop compositing.

You ought to see the memory improvements in Firefox 14 when the browser is kept open for long periods of time, when multiple tabs are open at once, and when the browser is used concurrently with other programs that also use a lot of memory. The company also noted that its MemShrink initiative was successful in part because of the rapid release cycle that a vocal minority of Firefox users have been criticizing.

Anyways, you guys can check out this review at CNET: Mozilla Firefox

So thanks a lot for reading my dear friends. Hope to see you all soon again! :D Have fun, reviews and suggestions are always welcomed! :D :D

GOOD DAY!

"Just a Kiss" & "We owned the Night" by Lady Antebellum - Musical Monday

Hey all my readers! I hope you all are doing just great! :) A happy new week to all of you! Enjoy the two songs on this Musical Monday! :)

I know I have been posting very less lately, but I have been just too busy. Today, I have got an off and so I have time. So I'm thinking of scheduling posts for the whole week! :D But that's what I'm thinking of, not too sure though! LOL! :D

"Just a Kiss"

Lyrics:

Lyin' here with you so close to me
It's hard to fight these feelings when it feels so hard to breathe
I'm caught up in this moment, caught up in your smile

I've never opened up to anyone
So hard to hold back when I'm holding you in my arms
We don't need to rush this, let's just take it slow

Just a kiss on your lips in the moonlight
Just a touch of the fire burning so bright
And I don't want to mess this thing up
No, I don't want to push too far

Just a shot in the dark that you just might
Be the one I've been waiting for my whole life
So baby, I'm alright with just a kiss goodnight

I know that if we give this a little time
It'll only bring us closer to the love we wanna find
It's never felt so real, no, it's never felt so right

Just a kiss on your lips in the moonlight
Just a touch of the fire burning so bright
No, I don't want to mess this thing up
I don't want to push too far

Just a shot in the dark that you just might
Be the one I've been waiting for my whole life
So baby, I'm alright with just a kiss goodnight

No, I don't want to say goodnight
I know it's time to leave
But you'll be in my dreams
Tonight, tonight, tonight

Just a kiss on your lips in the moonlight
Just a touch of the fire burning so bright
And I don't want to mess this thing up
I don't want to push too far

Just a shot in the dark that you just might
Be the one I've been waiting for my whole life
So baby, I'm alright

Oh, let's do this right with just a kiss goodnight
With a kiss goodnight, kiss goodnight

"We Owned the Night"

Lyrics:

Tell me have you ever wanted
Someone so much it hurts?
Your lips keep trying to speak
But you just can't find the words
Well, I had this dream once
I held it in my hands

She was the purest beauty
But not the common kind
She had a way about her
That made you feel alive
And for a moment
You made the world stand still

Yeah, we owned the night

You had me dim the lights
You danced just like a child
The wine spilled on your dress
And all you did was smile

Yeah, it was perfect
And I hold it in my mind

Yeah, we owned the night

When the summer rolls around
And the sun starts sinking down
I still remember you
Oh, I remember you
And I wonder where you are
Are you looking at those same stars again?
Do you remember when
We woke under a blanket
All tangled up in skin
Not knowing in that moment
We'd never speak again
But it was perfect
I never will forget
When we owned the night

Yeah, we owned the night

"Memories" by Within Temptations & "Burn it Down" by Linkin Park - Musical Monday

Hey my dear readers! :D How are you all?! :) I hope fine! :D Happy Monday and a new week! :D

My sincere apologies for not posting last week, I was damn busy. I will try to catch up this week. I hope I have not lost a single reader due to that! :O Ejoy these 2 songs! :)

"Memories" by Within Temptations

Lyrics

Memories, memories
Memories, memories

In this world you tried
Not leaving me alone behind
There's no other way
I prayed to the Gods, let him stay

The memories ease the pain inside
Now I know why

All of my memories keep you near
In silent moments, imagine you'd be here
All of my memories keep you near
Your silent whispers, silent tears

Made me promise I'd try
To find my way back in this life
I hope there is a way
To give me a sign you're okay

Reminds me again it's worth it all
So I can go home

All of my memories keep you near
In silent moments, imagine you'd be here
All of my memories keep you near
Your silent whispers, silent tears

Together in all these memories
I see your smile
All the memories I hold dear
Darling, you know I'll love you till the end of time

All of my memories keep you near
In silent moments, imagine you'd be here
All of my memories keep you near
Your silent whispers, silent tears
All of my memories

Lyrics

The cycle repeated
as explosions broke in the sky
all that I needed
was the one thing I couldn't find
And you were there at the turn
Waiting to let me know
We're building it up
To break it back down
We're building it up
To burn it down
We can't wait
To burn it to the ground
The colors conflicted
As the flames climbed into the clouds
I wanted to fix this, but
Couldn't stop from tearing it down
And you were there at the turn
caught in the burning glow
And I was there at the turn
Waiting to let you know
We're building it up
To break it back down
We're building it up
To burn it down
We can't wait

To burn it to the ground
You told me yes, You held me high
And I believed when you told that lie
I played that soldier, You played king
And struck me down when I kissed that ring
You lost that right, to hold that crown
I built you up but you let me down
So when you fall, I'll take my turn
And fan the flames as your blazes burn
And you were there at the turn
Waiting to let me know
We're building it up
To break it back down
We're building it up
To burn it down
We can't wait
To burn it to the ground
When you fall, I'll take my turn
and fan the flames as your blazes burn
We can't wait
To burn it to the ground
When you fall, I'll take my turn
and fan the flames as your blazes burn
We can't wait
To burn it to the ground

"Lift" & "Passion Colors Everything" by Poets of the Fall - Musical Monday

Hey all! Happy Monday and new week! :) I hope all my dear readers are doing just great! :)

It had been a busy weekend especially with a project on my head that I am busy with, so my apologies for not posting anything on weekend. Enjoy these two songs for today and have a Musical Monday! :D

"Passion Colors Everything" by Poets of the Fall

Lyrics:

This is my toothpaste moment, oh, I'll need to flash a smile
I'll be the super-absorbent-man, watch them flock to me in single file
And I'll need to do it with style, I need to keep me up to date
Swallowing the sun run another mile, it's overrated how we underrate

I dance in tune with what I fear
To do adrenaline
Completely rapt with what I hear
When passion colors everything
The songs I sing, from way out there to deep within
The face I wear behind my grin
The mess I made to the original sin
Everything, everything, everything

I have a mind for simple things, but things are not of mind to simplify
There's always some loophole technicality you buy into and pay until you die
Money doesn't bring me joy, it's more like a darling dead weight
And I seem to have lost my appetite, it's underrated how we overrate

I dance entangled with my dear
She pulls my every string
Completely trapped yet never here
When passion colors everything...

And when I'm finally brought to my senses
Parade the rain on my parade
Before I'm back to my defenses
To watch the whole thing escalate

"Lift" by Poets of the Fall

Lyrics:

Times when I just can't
Bring myself to say it loud
'Fraid that what I'll say comes out somehow awry

That is when it seems
We move in circles day to day
Twist the drama of the play to get us by

And it feels like fear
Like I'll disappear
Gets so hard to steer
Yet I go on
Do we need debate
When it seems too late
Like I bleed but wait
Like nothing's wrong

You lift my spirit, take me higher, make me fly,
Touch the moon up in the sky, when you are mine
You lift me higher, take my spirit, make it fly,
Where all new wonders will appear

Like the other day
I thought you won't be coming back
I came to realize my lackluster dreams

And among the schemes
And all the tricks we try to play
Only dreams will hold their sway and defy

When it feels like fear...

Is Windows 8 worth the wait? - Fromrum Friday

Hello all my dear readers! I hope you all are doing just great! :D

I installed the Windows 8 Release Preview(finally and reluctantly!) this Monday and using it for almost 5 days, I am in a position to throw some light on it. The following post includes my own experiences and I have shared at the end some good ones I read on the Internet. I hope you people like it and do get an overview of the Windows 8! :)

So, Windows 8, the much awaited Windows all because Microsoft released it's Developer and Release Preview, I guess for the first time Microsoft did that, else nothing else than Windows Vista was it's dream project and much awaited by the world. Anyways, Windows Vista was crap as the people say. but I say Windows Vista was the best Windows released by Microsoft. no, I am not out of my minds, neither I am becoming paranoid or sleepless or something that is hallucinating me! LOL! I'm fine and saying that in all my senses. Well actually, why I say Windows Vista was the best is because of the tonnes of features Microsoft released in that Windows. I agree they were all full of bugs and the Windows Vista crashed much often, but the features were so amazing that hey are still not present in Windows 8, I mean atleast not in the Release Preview! And Windows 7? well that's the worst one! Why? Why? Why? Well, Microsoft just suppressed the buggy features of Vista and released Windows 7! How foolishly we welcomed it! >_< Anyways, we were to discuss Windows 8 and not Vista or 7! :P Coming back to the topic, Windows 8. I installed it's release preview on Monday, July 2nd, 2012. In five days what my experience suggests is, well, I love Windows 7 now! >_< Windows 8, not that irritating, but enough to be completely rubbished by me atleast! It has big turn-offs and only some rare turn-ons!

Where the hell is my Start Menu?! >_<

The Start Button and the Start Menu that gave Microsoft the "almost" Monopoly in the Computer Market in terms of Operating System for last 16 years(I think so! :O) is shattered! is no more. is gone. is Vanquished. Is O_O NOWHERE!!! And the start menu that is now in it's new Metro Interface is soo irritating that I felt like my once superb PC is nothing more than some kind of Lumia 700 >_< There are no folders inside the Start Menu or whatever it should be called, it is not start menu, it is Start-Page! huh! Everything I installed, all the files that came inside the start menu in some folders upto Windows 7, were now openly ling in my so called start menu. Though they were bundled together and not scattered, but that doesn't means I am gonna thank Microsoft for that!! >_< Whatever, I hated the new Start Menu.

I found a little tweak to revive a simple, but yet approximate Start Menu on a website. The link goes here
  1. From the desktop, right-click the taskbar, point to Toolbars and select “New toolbar.”
  2. Type or copy and paste the following path into the Choose a folder window:
    %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
  3. Click the “Select Folder” button and you’ll get a Programs menu on your taskbar.
  4. Right-click the taskbar and uncheck “Lock the taskbar” if you want to move the new Programs menu around.
  5. Drag and drop the grip at the left side of the toolbar to place it somewhere else on the taskbar, like at its left side — the Start menu’s traditional location.
  6. Right-click the “Programs” text if you want to change or hide its name. After you’re finished, right-click the taskbar again and select “Lock the taskbar.”

There’s one catch with this method — it won’t actually show all your programs. The Start menu actually grabs shortcuts from two different places. In addition to the system-wide ProgramData location, there’s a per-user Programs folder at the following location:
    %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Backward Compatibility? LOL! You are kidding me damn-it!!

I remember, much before it was released, they said that Windows 8 will be having backward compatibility that means the programs of all Windows Versions from Windows 3.x to Windows 8 will run on Windows 8 which was completely lacking in the Release Preview. What happened was that, do you guys/girls remember that Windows Vista and 7 had problems running some games like GTA San Andreas, Hitman 2 - Silent Assassin, etc.? The problems I thought would be eradicated, were rather much more magnified in Windows 8. The games crash much more often rather they crash more than the times they run properly and moreover, all the problems that one could encounter in those games due to Operating System compatibility issues were multifold! Apart from that, Adobe Pagemaker 7.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, etc. all either crash while working else in no case would they close properly!!

Easy on resources? Come again! To hell!!

Don't you dare tell me that it is light on resources and easy on your processor! My Corei5 760 @ 2.80GHz was being used around 51% constantly when I was running nothing on my system but Windows 8 alone! Not a single app!! Though the memory was much free but my processor is so badly eaten up that I cannot multitask! oh yes! Multitasking, I will take on this one separately! >_<

Boots lightening fast!

Okay one thing I loved about Windows 8 was that it boots real fast, atleast 1.5-2 times faster than Windows 7. Unlike Windows 7 whose boot time kept increasing as the day passed by, Windows 8 till date boots at almost the same pace! That was awesome to see that my PC starts up and shuts down quite fast. This is one thing that I loved about Windows 8.

The pre-loaded Apps are amazing

Now this time, I have a pre-installed PDF Viewer on my system that came with nothing but Windows 8 and the Photo Preview is real cool too. Both apps are quite fast but with limited functionality, but for read operation, I would say they are quite nice! :)

Multitasking? GTFO!

This Windows 8 is completely tablet/mobile oriented version of Windows. Not a bit for the Desktop users I must say! It doesn't say "Click" anywhere, everywhere you'll see, "tap" >_< And when you run more than one software simultaneously, that is you multitask, doesn't matters if you have a damn-amazing processor, Windows 8 would rubbish it all!! YOU CANNOT MULTITASK PROPERLY AND EASILY AS MUCH YOU DID IN XP OR 7.

Metro interface v/s the original Windows GUI

It no doubt looks good but not for a Desktop or Laptop, that is, not for a PC! It looks good, but is irritating for any PC user. Super-Big icons and all the apps running full-screen and hey! there is no Chrome-Bar, I mean no "Minimize"/"Maximize"/"Close" Buttons, or Title bar! For closing any app that ran full screen and came installed with Windows 8, I had to press Alt+F4 to get it closed, there was no other way!! Thank God! that Windows Explorer is not in Metro Interface as yet, else it would have been a complete disaster!

Improved Task Manager, Copy-Move Processes

A good thing about the Windows 8 was the Task Manager. It is quite good-looking and also shows good deal of details and groupings of similar tasks/services. The Copy or move processes can be paused, a new thing and real awesome to see. Moreover, when you copy/move, you can see the speed graph too! :)

Internet Explorer 10

Well what else can I say more than that it's "Microsoft Internet Explorer" ? LOL! It looks good, no doubt, does seem promising when released full-fledged, but I don't think it would be any better than Internet Explorer 9 other than it's looks! Since it's release preview certain websites don't work like Yahoo! Mail shows huge amount of errors running on IE 10. Maybe the no-tracking policy is to be blamed, but I'm not sure. Whatever, it's just another Internet Explorer which looks better, but is irritating like it's predecessors!

My this review is totally based on the release preview, if the actual Windows turns out to be something else, then it's a different case! And don't think why this might happen. Microsoft is such a big company that even if it would do this, people won't be startled! >_< You may refer to some reviews in the following links:

Thanks all for your time that you spent reading this article. I hope to see you all soon again. All comments and suggestions are welcomed like always! :) Have a great Friday and an awesome weekend up ahead! :D

Who was Albert Einstein - Random Wednesday

Hello all! :) I hope all my readers are doing just great! :D

It's Wednesday, or rather Random Wednesday at my blog. I wanted continue the "Who" or "What" regime! LOL! :D So today we are going to talk about Albert Einstein, a scientist, perhaps the best that ever was!

Albert Einstein
(14 March 1879 – 18 April 1955)

He was a German theoretical physicist who developed the theory of general relativity, effecting a revolution in physics. For this achievement, Einstein is often regarded as the father of modern physics. Einstein is generally considered the most influential physicist of the 20th century. While best known for his mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc2 (which has been dubbed "the world's most famous equation"), he received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect". The latter was pivotal in establishing quantum theory within physics.

To be honest, I have studied the above stated theories of him during school and college life but still I cannot say that I studied them because they are so big that only a general introduction one may say was the one I know about. The deep details and intricacies are understood by those big scientists across the globe, maybe not even by them completely! Oh that reminds me, there was that large hadron collider project going on, and they say that the scientists have almost found the god particle. Hmm, let's see.

Near the beginning of his career, Einstein thought that Newtonian mechanics was no longer enough to reconcile the laws of classical mechanics with the laws of the electromagnetic field. This led to the development of his special theory of relativity. One can simply agree to that even if they studied Physics at school properly! :P He realized, however, that the principle of relativity could also be extended to gravitational fields, and with his subsequent theory of gravitation in 1916, he published a paper on the general theory of relativity. He continued to deal with problems of statistical mechanics and quantum theory, which led to his explanations of particle theory and the motion of molecules. He also investigated the thermal properties of light which laid the foundation of the photon theory of light. In 1917, Einstein applied the general theory of relativity to model the structure of the universe as a whole. I remember when I was studying this topic, my teacher told me that the black holes have such a strong gravitational field that they don't let even the light to pass through! That's amazing, isn't it?! :D

In his early days in Berlin, Einstein postulated that the correct interpretation of the special theory of relativity must also furnish a theory of gravitation and in 1916 he published his paper on the general theory of relativity. During this time he also contributed to the problems of the theory of radiation and statistical mechanics.

In the 1920's, Einstein embarked on the construction of unified field theories, although he continued to work on the probabilistic interpretation of quantum theory, and he persevered with this work in America. He contributed to statistical mechanics by his development of the quantum theory of a monatomic gas and he has also accomplished valuable work in connection with atomic transition probabilities and relativistic cosmology.

He was visiting the United States when Adolf Hitler came to power in 1933, and did not go back to Germany, where he had been a professor at the Berlin Academy of Sciences. He settled in the U.S., becoming a citizen in 1940. On the eve of World War II, he helped alert President Franklin D. Roosevelt that Germany might be developing an atomic weapon, and recommended that the U.S. begin similar research; this eventually led to what would become the Manhattan Project. Einstein was in support of defending the Allied forces, but largely denounced using the new discovery of nuclear fission as a weapon. Later, together with Bertrand Russell, Einstein signed the Russell–Einstein Manifesto, which highlighted the danger of nuclear weapons. Einstein was affiliated with the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, until his death in 1955.

Einstein published more than 300 scientific papers along with over 150 non-scientific works. His great intelligence and originality have made the word "Einstein" synonymous with genius.

I hope you all like the post and like always, your comment and suggestions are welcomed. A major part of this post is taken from the Wikipedia article about Albert Einstein. Good Day friends! :)

What is .NET Framework? - Tech Tuesday

Hey all! A happy Tech-Tuesday from me to all of you my dear readers! :D So how are you all doing? I hope fine! :D :D :D

You all must have read the title, of course! What we are gonna discuss today is .NET Framework. We all have installed games/software/update to our Windows PC and have seen this .NET Framework being something quietly present always and sometimes giving up hiccups with our installations saying .NET Framework has some problem! But what exactly is .NET Framework? That's we gonna discuss in our today's Tech-Tuesday! :D

The .NET Framework (pronounced dot net) is a software framework developed by Microsoft that runs primarily on Microsoft Windows. It includes a large library and provides language interoperability (each language can use code written in other languages) across several programming languages. Programs written for the .NET Framework execute in a software environment (as contrasted to hardware environment), known as the Common Language Runtime (CLR), an application virtual machine that provides important services such as security, memory management, and exception handling. The class library and the CLR together constitute the .NET Framework.

Okay, you got it? NO? OMG! Let's take things line-by-line one at a time. The first line ain't that worthy of demanding an explanation so please! Improve upon thy English if you don't get it! :P Now the next one means that, for example, I wrote a code in C++ and made that program under the .NET technology, once my program is built, I can use that program in some program I made in C# also! Simple, interoperability between languages! That's so cooool! :D The next line which tells about the CLR is another outstandingly amazing feature of the .NET! Actually when we interact with the hardware directly we are at a risk of overwriting something important which is stored in the hardware already. In such a case a virtual environment helps duplicate the hardware virtually, that is, providing our program virtual hardware which actually is software mimicking hardware for our that program. Now that means, we are at no risk to over-write something too important! That makes it a superb feature of the .NET Technology. It's in-built features of memory-management and garbage collection help us make the programs without worrying about such things which sometimes get things messy!

The .NET Framework's Base Class Library provides user interface, data access, database connectivity, cryptography, web application development, numeric algorithms, and network communications. Programmers produce software by combining their own source code with the .NET Framework and other libraries. The .NET Framework is intended to be used by most new applications created for the Windows platform. Microsoft also produces a popular integrated development environment largely for .NET software called Visual Studio. The above tonnes of features that come inside this technology makes things go easier for the developers. For example, I need to make a big software which uses Sorting, Fibonacci Series, and many such similar mathematical operations. Of course I would need to make functions in my program for all these. Now that makes the things go messy again since it adds to much labor to an already big project. Since the base Class Library provides such functions already, my task goes easier and I have to make optimal logic for my software and not my basic requirements anymore! Next, the Visual Studio is perhaps the best IDE(Integrated Development Environment) I have ever used, no doubt in that. It's one the most superb feature that I love is the IntelliSense. It helps me identates my code itself and moreover assists with idiotic mistakes a programmer may commit during the course of development.

Microsoft started the development on the .NET Framework in the late 1990s originally under the name of Next Generation Windows Services (NGWS). By late 2000 the first beta versions of .NET 1.0 were released.

Version 3.0 of the .NET Framework is included with Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista. Version 3.5 is included with Windows 7, and can also be installed on Windows XP and the Windows Server 2003 family of operating systems. On 12 April 2010, .NET Framework 4 was released alongside Visual Studio 2010.

The .NET Framework family also includes two versions for mobile or embedded device use. A reduced version of the framework, the .NET Compact Framework, is available on Windows CE platforms, including Windows Mobile devices such as smartphones. Additionally, the .NET Micro Framework is targeted at severely resource-constrained devices.

"Tempted" & "Sister Christian" Awesome Retro Songs - Musical Monday

Hey all! :) It's a new week and 2nd day of new month so not too late to wish a Happy New Month either! LOL! :D I hope you have great month and week up ahead! :D :D

So! As you all know I didn't post anything last week apart from Monday. Well, I had been so busy that I couldn't. Today, I got a call from a friend that today we may have an off, but I still have to confirm. Whatever, I have got sometime for me now, so I thought to post here! :D Apart from that, I also thought to schedule posts for the whole week so that this week doesn't goes POSTLESS like the last one! LOL! Sorry, but I don't get enough time to post daily even though these are my holidays. I hope you all understand. But hey! I may post on regular days too. Maybe I edit my posts, so don't chuck them thinking they are all scheduled. They might be new too! :P Anyways, enough of chit-chat. Now let's go to our Monday's topic - THE MUSICAL MONDAY! :D Enjoy these 2 songs! :)

"Tempted" by Squeeze

Squeeze - Tempted by Squeeze

Lyrics:

I bought a toothbrush, some toothpaste
A flannel for my face
Pajamas, a hairbrush
New shoes and a case
I said to my reflection
Let's get out of this place

Passed the church and the steeple
The laundry on the hill
Billboards and the buildings
Memories of it still
Keep calling and calling
But forget it all, I know I will

Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered
What's been going on
Now that you have gone

There's no other
Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered

I'm at the car park, the airport
The baggage carousel
The people keep on [Incomprehensible]
Ain't wishing I was well
I said it's no occasion
It's no story I could tell

At my bedside empty pocket
A foot without a sock
Your body gets much closer
I fumble for the clock
Alarmed by the seduction
I wish that it would stop

Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered
What's been going on
Now that you have gone

There's no other
Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered

I bought a novel, some perfume
A fortune all for you
But it's not my conscience
That hates to be untrue
I asked of my reflection
Tell me what is there to do?

Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered
What's been going on
Now that you have gone

There's no other
Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered

Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered
Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered

Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered
Tempted by the fruit of another
Tempted but the truth is discovered

"Sister Christian" by Night Ranger

Lyrics:

Sister Christian, oh the time has come
And you know that you're the only one
To say okay

Where you goin' what you lookin' for
You know those boys
Don't want to play no more with you
It's true

You're motorin'
What's your price for flight?
In finding Mister Right
You'll be alright tonight

Babe you know you're growin' up so fast
And mama's worryin' that you won't last
To say let's play

Sister Christian there's so much in life
Don't you give it up before your time is due
I think it's true and I know it's true yeah

Motorin'
What's your price for flight?
You've got him in your sight
And drivin' through the night

Motorin'
Night yeah
You'll be alright tonight
You'll be alright tonight

Motorin'
What's your price for flight?
You've got him in your sight
You're just drivin' through the night

Motorin'
What's your price for flight?
In finding Mister Right
You'll be alright tonight

Sister Christian, oh the time has come
And you know that you're the only one
To say
But you're motorin'
You're motorin'

I hope you like the songs. Have fun, a great day, week and month up ahead! See you all soon! ^_^
